Overview

Aerobatic Flight Logger is designed with your privacy in mind. This app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data Storage

All flight data is stored locally on your Apple Watch device. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services. Your flight logs remain private and under your complete control.

HealthKit Usage

Aerobatic Flight Logger requests access to HealthKit solely to maintain the app in the foreground during flights using Workout Sessions. This ensures the app doesn't accidentally close when you move your wrist or interact with your watch.

Important: The app does NOT read, write, or access any health data. No health information is collected or stored. HealthKit is used only for the Workout Session feature to keep the app active.

Motion & Fitness Data

For aerobatic flights, the app uses the device's accelerometer to measure G-forces in real-time. This data is:

• Processed locally on your device
• Stored only in your flight logs on your Apple Watch
• Never transmitted externally
• Only captured during aerobatic flight sequences
• For reference purposes only - not a replacement for aircraft instruments

Data Collection

Aerobatic Flight Logger does NOT collect:

• Personal identification information
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Health or fitness data
• Usage analytics or statistics
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Device information

Third-Party Services

Aerobatic Flight Logger does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. Your data stays on your device.

Donations

The app suggests PayPal donations to support development. Any donation is processed entirely through PayPal's secure platform. We do not receive or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or transaction details beyond what PayPal provides in their transaction notifications.

Data Retention

Flight logs are stored on your Apple Watch and persist until you manually delete them or uninstall the app. The app automatically keeps your last 10 flights. When an 11th flight is completed, the oldest flight is automatically deleted.

Children's Privacy

Aerobatic Flight Logger does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed for pilots and aviation professionals.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data
• You can delete any flight log at any time
• Uninstalling the app removes all data
• No data exists on external servers

Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this privacy policy will be reflected in app updates and posted on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be changed accordingly.
